To improve customer experience, the surface treatment of the yard consists of 4 inches of 50 mill compacted road gravel on a hard packed clay base. All the roads are now asphalt, and spots are being asphalted as they come available. The engineered 1.5 degree slope and ditching insures quick drainage of water and is virtually a flat surface that makes parking large RVs much less difficult. The extra wide, well marked 13 ft. wide stalls are the widest in the city. Extra wide driveways, wide turning radius corners, and angles parking stalls make our spots accessible to any size of RV.
